Creating an account is required to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account.

• One person may only maintain one account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price and will notify you promptly.
• Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order.

• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available).
• All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
• We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank or payment provider.
• Orders may be cancelled if payment verification fails or if the order is flagged as fraudulent.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, weather, public holidays). We partner with reputed logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery.

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days.
• Express delivery: 2–3 business days (where available).
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting the package at the time of delivery.

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and defective or incorrectly supplied. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of return approval.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DSHIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of the order giving rise to such claim.
