Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched, including your tracking number.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends are processed the next business day.
- During peak season or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, and Blue Dart.
We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must have a valid Indian delivery address.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier details. You can track your order anytime on our website:

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and immediately contact us with photographic evidence. For lost shipments (no update for 10+ business days after dispatch), contact us at divy.sriv2014@gmail.com and we will initiate a courier investigation.
- Report damaged packages within 24 hours of delivery.
- Retain all original packaging for inspection.
- Replacement or refund will be processed after investigation (5–7 days).
