What Can Be Returned?

Eligible for Return

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Item not matching description
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Unused items in original sealed packaging

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Used or installed auto parts
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products with user-caused damage
  • Electrical components once opened
  • Custom or made-to-order items

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Email divy.sriv2014@gmail.com or call +91-93154-19950 with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

Return Approval

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if eligible.

Ship the Product

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. For defective items, we will arrange a free pickup. For other returns, you may need to ship at your cost.

Inspection & Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product (2–3 business days), we will process your refund or replacement.

Refund / Replacement

Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Replacements are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item / defective product). Original GST on returned items will be refunded.

Exchange Policy

We offer direct exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items only. If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
